- Peak Season Delays: During peak seasons (holidays), expect up to 10 additional business days beyond the usual processing and delivery times.
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Times (from ship date, not order date):
- Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days.
- Priority Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days.
- Personalized Items: Personalized or modified orders may require additional design time depending on complexity.
- Business Days: Order processing occurs Monday-Friday, excluding US Post Office holidays (New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs depend on the logistics situation and may be higher during holidays due to increased demand and limited supply.
Order Tracking:
A tracking link will be emailed once the order ships. Allow 5-10 days for the carrier to update tracking information. If tracking information isn't immediately available, it simply means the carrier hasn't processed the parcel yet. Contact 91Gift if your order is past the estimated arrival date.
Incorrect Addresses:
91Gift is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender. Returned orders will be donated to charity. Double-check your address at checkout. 91Gift is also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels if you request a forwarding or redirection from the carrier after the order leaves their warehouse.
Multiple Packages:
Items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons, even if combined shipping was requested.

91Gift's products are designed in the US and distributed from US warehouses and international facilities (Australia, China, and India). International shipping may take longer.
