Cancellation or Modification:
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase via email to sp@91giftidea.com (providing order number and requested changes).
- A 20% management and transaction fee applies to cancellations.
- Design modifications may cause delays, especially during the holiday season.
- Personalized orders cannot be adjusted after completion.
Replacement & Refund Policy (lasts 7 days from delivery):
- Full Refunds/Exchanges are only given for:
- Items damaged due to factory or carrier fault.
- Items received that are not what was ordered.
- Defective items.
(Slight color variations due to lighting are not considered defects. A 20% difference between advertised and received product is acceptable due to handmade nature.)
- Partial Refunds (excluding shipping): Offered for issues not listed above.
- To file a claim: Email sp@91giftidea.com with:
- Order number
- Video/photo of the defective product and packaging label. (Include measuring tape/ruler for print size issues, photos of errors for printing errors)
- Full delivery address
- Contact phone number
- Claim Resolution: 91Gift will review the provided evidence. Eligible items will be replaced at no extra cost, or a full refund will be issued if replacement isn't practical.
- Returning Items Without Contact: Returning items without prior contact and not meeting all requirements will result in no refund.
Wrong Address:
91Gift is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. Items returned to sender will be destroyed, and replacements will not be free.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Check your bank account and credit card statement. If the refund is still not received after contacting your bank, contact 91Gift via email at sp@91giftidea.com.
